1. Overview
CC-PDIL01 is a high-density 32-channel digital input IOM for Honeywell Experion PKS C300 DCS. It receives 24VDC sink-type discrete signals from field instruments, converting contact status into digital data for controller logic calculation. Equipped with optoelectronic galvanic isolation and configurable signal debounce filter, it effectively eliminates contact bounce and industrial electromagnetic interference. Compatible with non-redundant 8C-TDILA01 and redundant 8C-TDILA11 IOTA terminal bases, supports hot-swap online replacement and G3 conformal coating, widely used for safety interlock, equipment status and circuit breaker monitoring in power, petrochemical and oil & gas industries.
